Filmed on a super-8 camera, the reminiscence of a childhood lake turns into contemplation of environment and its symbolism. On the one hand we have rules in place, which are supposed to protect our existence. On the other hand we allow for certain social behaviours, which in the mixture of thoughtlessness and lack of responsibility for our planet, cause a threat. Threat which still does not affect the stoical mode of our environment.
